We’re Cutting Tool Solutions. We manufacture and sharpen cutting tools. It’s what we do everyday. We maintain an on-hand stock of carbide, ready for manufacturing end mills to special lengths and special lengths of cut. We manufacture and recondition drill bits and end mills of all types and sizes. We can sharpen any cutting tool in your shop, including shear blades and paper knives.

As Sharpening Specialists, we were the first reconditioner in the Wichita area running four CNC seven-axis grinders, each representing the world-renowned ANCA tool-grinding technology. We can offer you the longevity that only CNC machining can guarantee. With useful lives regularly 50 percent greater than those achieved with other sharpening methodology, CNC-ground tools save our customers money while they increase their productivity.

We have unique capabilities in high-performance-drill geometry. In most applications, our repointed high-performance drill bits equal or exceed the original. Run the numbers for your shop. Full-time quality control ensures that your tools are returned to like-new specifications.
